Why my order is declined and I am asked to contact Fireland?

One of the most common reasons may be that your billing address may not match with details held with your credit card company. Please note that you can give any shipping address but billing address specially your name, house number and post code must match with credit card.

What is security code?

Security code is the number which is on signature strip of your credit card and please do not insert full number but insert only last three digits.

What is issue number?
Your issue number is required for switch or solo cards and transaction may not go through if you do not insert it.

Do you sell graded or seconds as you are selling too cheap?

Fireland only supplies and sells brand new products and we do not deal with any graded products.

Who can install my gas fire or fireplace?

These products must only be installed by professionals. A comprehensive list of registered gas installers can be obtained from the council of registered gas installers (CORGI) their website is www.corgi-gas.com and also from your local publications. Please note that you must get your gas fire installed from a competent corgi engineer.

How will I know which fire suits my chimney?

Which fire should I choose if I don't want to kneel down?

The ideal is remote control but they are bit expensive so you may go for slide control fire .Please go to our search box and put slide control or remote control in that search box and you will find all the matches of required fire.

I love to have real flame fires but do not have main supply?

That is no problem at all as many fires in these days have (LPG) conversion kits so you can easily convert them into LPG fires and it is connected with LPG tank which you can place at convenient place and it will be replaced from time to time by local companies.

Please send brochure?

We have very large product list so have no brochures but all products can be found either on our or manufacturer's websites.

Can you please supply only coals or pebbles?

Sorry we do not supply it.
